Elderly Kamloops woman found safe

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE: Kamloops RCMP report the woman has been located and is safe.

EARLIER: Family members are searching frantically for an elderly woman who has gone missing from her Brocklehurst home.

86 year old Adeline Frazer went for a walk last night, leaving her home on Greenfield Avenue, but hasn’t been seen since.

Police describe her as white, 5’6″ tall with a small build.

She has short white hair and was wearing pink pants, a grey sweater with a burgundy stripe, and a red, white, and blue shirt underneath the sweater.

RCMP say Adeline is an avid walker and is very mobile, but may be have gotten lost.

The woman’s family was not able to provide police or media with a recent photo.
