Harry Styles Drops New Watermelon Sugar

Harry Styles has dropped a new “Watermelon Sugar” visual.

Referred to as the “Lost Tour Visual,” the clip turns images of the former One Direction member into a kaleidoscope.

The video arrived on Monday, the same day Styles’ fans declared national watermelon day an unofficial holiday in honor of the singer and his hit song. Fans flooded Twitter with “Watermelon Sugar” memes and got #WatermelonSugarDay trending on the platform.

Meanwhile, new photos of Styles going for a run while vacationing in Italy have Twitter users swooning.

In the pictures, Styles dons a typical jogger’s getup, including a light gray Nike tank and black shorts. He also sports the new moustache that he has seemingly grown over the course of quarantine.

In other Harry news, his fans are calling out MTV after they failed to nominate Harry in any of the main categories at the VMA 2020 awards, which were announced recently.

Styles’ “Watermelon Sugar” – despite it being one of the years most popular and captivating videos – was completely shut out. His “Adore You” video is up for three technical awards: Best Direction, Best Art Direction and Best Visual Effects.

In the Best Pop categories, Harry lost out to BTS’ “On,” Halsey’s “You Should Be Sad,” Jonas Brothers’ “What a Man Gotta Do,” Justin Bieber’s “Intentions,” Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande’s “Rain on Me” and Taylor Swift’s “Lover.”

In the Artist of the Year category, DaBaby, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Megan Thee Stallion, Post Malone and The Weeknd all secured nominations ahead of Harry.
