Kamloops man beats laser tag world record
KAMLOOPS — UPDATE- A Kamloops man has broken the world record for the longest game of laser tag.
Fun & Games co-owner Dave Corbett had his work cut out for him, but got the job done. He broke the old record of 24 hours and 9 minutes by about 30 minutes. He didn’t make his goal of 30 hours because of problems with his knee, but he says just breaking the record, especially without a full team behind him was a satisfying achievment. It could take up to six weeks to get the official word from Guinness.
Corbett says he wanted to show people they can do anything they put their mind to.
