KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Sun Devils had a shot at playing for the $10,000 dollar top prize at the Kamloops International Baseball tournament Sunday but had to go through perennial contenders, the Everett Merchants to get there.

TNRD chair on Greyhound downsizing: 'Disappointed but not surprised'

CACHE CREEK — Greyhound Canada's decision to halt its operations in Western Canada come October 31 this year due to declining ridership came as no surprise to Cache Creek Mayor and Thompson-Nicola Regional District Chair John Ranta.

CACHE CREEK, BC — July 6th marked the one year anniversary of the start of the Ashcroft Reserve Fire, a fire that on July 7th would take off through the hills to the west of Cache Creek, cutting off power to the region and causing the evacuations of thousands of residents in the TNRD and CRD.
