PETER FARRELLY APOLOGIZES FOR FLASHING PENIS: Green Book director Peter Farrelly is apologizing after a story emerged of him flashing his penis on film sets two decades ago to make people laugh. According to a resurfaced Newsweek article from 1998, Farrelly and his younger brother Bobby used to trick cast and crew members into looking at his penis. “I was an idiot. I did this decades ago and I thought I was being funny and the truth is I'm embarrassed and it makes me cringe now,” the director said in his statement. “I'm deeply sorry.” (ET)

ASHLEY JUDD'S SEX HARASSMENT CASE AGAINST HARVEY WEINSTEIN DISMISSED: For the second time, a Los Angeles judge has dismissed Ashley Judd's claim that Harvey Weinstein sexually harassed her during the 1990s. She was one of the first to share her story about Weinstein, who has been accused of misconduct by 80+ women. She filed a suit in April claiming her career was damaged by the producer as retaliation when she spurned his advance. (Page Six)

MEGHAN MARKLE ANNOUNCES ROYAL PATRONAGES: Meghan Markle has officially become the patron of four organizations that reflect her interest in the arts, education, women and animals. Two of the patronages were passed on to her by the Queen, including The National Theatre and The Association of Commonwealth Universities. Another patronage, Smart Works, "helps long-term unemployed and vulnerable women regain the skills, confidence and tools to succeed at job interviews, return to employment and transform their lives." The fourth is Mayhew, which works to "improve the lives of animals and people to better communities both in London and internationally." (ET)

WATCH GWYNETH PALTROW GET SPRAYED IN THE FACE WITH WATER: In a wet and wild karaoke game on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Goop guru Gwyneth Paltrow ended up getting sprayed in the face. The objective of "Slay It, Don't Spray It," is to successfully finish each random karaoke pop song, or get sprayed in the face. When she stumbled over the final lyrics of Ariana Grande's "No Tears Left to Cry,"the 46-year-old got nailed. Don't worry, she was wearing goggles ... because, as the host explained, "safety is sexy." (People)

VIDEO OF KATHRYN DENNIS HIT & RUN SURFACES: Thomas Ravenel accused his estranged ex Kathryn Dennis of a hit and run, and now there appears to be video to back up his claim, The Blast reports. The Southern Charm alum made the claim as part of a court filing over their contentious custody dispute. (The pair share two children). The website obtained video shot outside of Dennis' home in South Carolina; in it, she can seen getting into her car, attempting to back out, hitting a BMW and then driving away. It is unclear if she contacted the other driver. (The Blast)
