FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL CAST TO REUNITE FOR SHORT FILM: In honor of Red Nose Day, the cast and creators of the iconic comedy Four Weddings and a Funeral are reuniting to make a short film dubbed One Red Nose Day and a Wedding. The cast will include Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, John Hannah, and many others. Mike Newell has returned to direct the new installment, which will take place 25 years after the original film. It will run on BBC and NBC on Friday, March 15th. Red Nose Day was founded in 1985 and aims to end child poverty.

I, TONYA DIRECTOR TO TACKLE CRUELLA? Craig Gillespie, of I, Tonya fame, is in early talks to tackle Cruella, a live-action take on the 101 Dalmations villain. Emma Stone would star. The movie would be set in the early 1980s and feature a punk atmosphere. Glenn Close played her in a 1996 live-action film produced by John Hughes.

DICK WOLF, RICHARD GERE PROJECTS HEADED TO SMALL SCREENS? WME‘s head of TV, broadcast and sports, Rick Rosen, hinted of a few projects in the works at a Paley Dialogues conversation at the Paley Center in Beverly Hills Tuesday, according to Deadline. Rosen said his client Dick Wolf is reviving one of his shows from years ago: “it’s a franchise you can re-do” that “doesn’t necessarily have to have the same cast” to make it a success. He added that a drama series starring Richard Gere will soon head over to Apple.

JAMES NORTON & BEN MILES SIGN ON THE TRIAL OF CHRISTINE KEELER: McMafia‘s James Norton and The Crown‘s Ben Miles have signed to star in BBC One drama The Trial of Christine Keeler. Sophie Cookson, Ellie Bamber and Emilia Fox also star.
