JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN ADOPTING DONKEY AND EMU BFFs: A North Carolina animal rescue org is giving Jeffrey Dean Morgan a shout-out. The Walking Dead star is adopting a donkey and emu who have become BFFs, Carolina Waterfowl Rescue Founder Jennifer Gordon says. Jack and Diane reportedly cuddle and sleep together and become frantic when separated. Morgan will reportedly care for them on his farm in the Hudson Valley.

SARAH HYLAND ANNOUNCES SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK: After losing her 14-year-old cousin to an alleged drunk driver, and sharing his story via social media, Modern Family star Sarah Hyland is logging off for now. After receiving serious backlash for requesting help to pay for his funeral expenses and his father’s (Hyland’s uncle) medical issues, she tweeted: “You guys finally did it. Your horrible negative ignorant words have broken me. Happy? Staying offline for a while. I have a special announcement and video releasing on Wednesday I believe. So. There’s that.”

TORI SPELLING’S NANNY SERVED: Tori Spelling‘s nanny was served with legal papers in her stead after she answered the door on November 13^th, The Blast reports, per new court docs it uncovered. TD Bank reportedly informed the court that Spelling was served via her nanny, Rossana. It’s unclear if serving Rossana will suffice, or if Spelling will fight it. In addition to owing TD Bank $1,400.24, she has also been hit with charges of $338K in taxes and $220K in outstanding bank loans.
