NICK LOEB’S ANTI-ABORTION FILM BLOCKED FROM FILMING IN NYC: Nick Loeb is trying to film his controversial anti-abortion film Roe v. Wade in NYC, but he has been blocked from certain iconic locations, including the Plaza and the Statue of Liberty. He was allowed to shoot in St. Patrick’s Cathedral though. The cast includes Jon Voight, with cameos from Roger Stone, Tomi Lahren and Milo Yiannopoulos. In addition to having trouble securing locations, he has had trouble retaining cast and crew once they learn the gist of the film. Loeb is most well-known for his high profile fight against ex Sofia Vergara over their frozen embryos. (He lost). (Page Six)

HUSBAND AND WIFE DUO’S STUNT GOES WRONG ON AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: America’s Got Talent took a terrible turn Tuesday night when a trapeze trick went awry as cameras rolled. Husband-and-wife duo Mary and (legally blind!) Tyce performed gravity-defying stunts above a flaming stage. In the final stunt, Tyce blindfolded himself and hung upside down, but when Mary fell to be caught, she slipped through his fingers and hit the stage. Audience (including her mother and toddler son) and judges screamed as they feared the worst. Despite appearances to the contrary, she emerged without serious injuries. Judges Simon Cowell and Mel B refused to let them attempt their stunt again. Heidi Kluminformed them that despite the slip-up, they’d move forward to the next round. AGT airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC. (People)

BODE MILLER’S WIFE SPEAKS OUT ON CHILD’S DEATH: Bode Miller‘s wife Morgan Beck Miller spoke out on Instagram about the pain she and her husband are still contending with following the accidental drowning death of their 19-month-old daughter. “It’s been 37 days since I’ve held my baby girl. I pray to God no other parent feels this pain. My heart is with you @nicolehughes8 as we walk this journey together,” she wrote in the caption, naming another mother whose child drowned. “And thank you @scarymommy for helping us spread awareness. PLEASE READ! Link in bio! Drowning is the NUMBER ONE cause of death in children ages 1-4. We talk about vaccinations, car seats, organic foods, screen time, etc at length…but not the number one risk your children’s’ lives face…a silent killer.” (People)
