Taylor Swift experienced a brief stage malfunction while performing at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field Saturday night , and she handled the situation like a true pro. Taylor turned a technical failure into a special off-the-cuff moment with fans.

The 28-year-old singer played a second show to her hometown crowd in Philadelphia (she’s from nearby Reading, Pennsylvania) on Saturday night as part of her Reputation Stadium Tour. However, a set piece meant to carry Swift to another stage malfunctioned during her hit “Delicate,” leaving her stuck on the wrong side of Lincoln Financial Field.

“I’m pretty sure I’m stuck up here,” she told the crowd at one point during the song. “It’s a nice view, though.”

After the song, Swift attempted to explain what happened.

“What you just saw was me going straight up and down in this sparkly basket,” she said. “It’s supposed to take me to the other side of the stadium.”

To help kill time while stage hands worked to fix the problem, Swift bantered with the audience and then broke into an a capella crowd sing-along of her 2007 track “Our Song.” She eventually got into a new basket and continued the show.

Meanwhile, on Friday, Taylor shared her reaction after two fans got engaged at her meet-and-greet. Taylor was in for a shock when one of them got down on one knee following her first concert in Philadelphia on Friday.

“They walk into the meet and greet and he says ‘We met 5 years ago at the Red Tour’ and then….. ,” Taylor captioned the Instagram slideshow, adding the hashtag “#thirdwheel.”

The groom-to-be tweeted, “[Taylor] called me a baller and said that she is never surprised. She also said we were incredible and to go get married!!!! IS THIS REAL LIFE?!?!”

“Our love story started at a RED TOUR show in Philadelphia back in 2013,” he previously wrote. “Taylor Swift is a huge part of our relationship. Nothing would make this proposal more special than having her there!”

Taylor also returned to her childhood home ahead of her show on Friday in Reading, Pennsylvania. She was joined by Gigi Hadid, the Haimsisters, Martha Hunt, Kennedy Raye and Ashley Avignone.

The group of gal pals shared some sweet moments as they sat in Tay’s childhood bedroom, which still looks exactly like it did when she was growing up.

Taylor took to her Instagram to share a photo of the group sitting on the floor of the bedroom.

“Take pictures in your mind of your childhood room…,” Taylor captioned the pic, quoting her song “Never Grow Up.” Later, the group all headed to Taylor’s concert.
