According to Kensington Palace, William signed the birth register Tuesday morning. The document states that Louis was born on April 23rdand that his full name is His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge. So what did the royals put down for their official occupations? For Prince William, that is “Prince of the United Kingdom” and for Duchess Kate, that’s “Princess of the United Kingdom.” (E! DID JENELLE EVANS PULL OUT A GUN DURING A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT? The drama continues for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans. The MTV star allegedly pulled out a gun during a road rage incident last month, according to Us Weekly. Her 8-year-old son was with her, and she reportedly called 9-1-1 afterwards. “I had my son in the car because my son was at therapy,” she told cops, according to a 911 call obtained by the Daily News. “He’s been tailgating me the whole time in traffic – would not stop – and then he races in front of me and purposely slammed on the brakes at 70-something miles an hour.” The male driver in the other car then told authorities that she “flipped out” when he passed her, trailed her to his home, hit two cars and a mailbox in his yard, and then pulled out a gun, the Daily News reports.

KELLY RIPA CELEBRATES ANNIVERSARIES WITH MARK CONSUELOS AND RYAN SEACREST: Kelly Ripa is celebrating two special anniversaries. The Live! co-host toasted to another year of marriage to Mark Consuelos on Insta and a year of working with Ryan Seacrest on their daytime talk show Tuesday. She joked to the Riverdale star on Instagram: “Feliz Aniversario lover! 22 years. You’re a human roller coaster that I’m tall enough to ride.” On Live!, she and Seacrest exchanged sweet compliments. “Thanks for this great last amazing year,” Seacrest told her at the top of the show. “You’ve been such a wonderful regular addition to my life on air and off.” Ripa responded: “Thank you for taking a chance and moving across the country and leaving your spectacular digs in California and coming to play with us because you have made every day of this job so much more fun.”
