Rampage Stomps on A Quiet Place
New Line/Warner Bros‘ Rampage has taken the No. 1 spot at the box office, with a $34.5 million opener. The film was up 20% over Friday. Globally, the Dwayne Johnson-top-liner garnered $148.6 million.
John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place also surged Saturday, up 29% with a second weekend haul of $32.6 million, and a 10-day total of $99.6 million.
- Universal/Blumhouse‘s horror film Truth or Dare opened at $19.1 million, closing out the top three.
