RONNIE ORTIZ-MAGRO WELCOMES BABY GIRL: Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has welcomed a baby girl with his girlfriend Jen Harley. A source tells E! News, “He’s over the moon.” Ortiz-Magro skipped the London premiere of the Jersey Shore reboot, prompting reports that he flew home to be by Harley’s side in lieu of appearing. Sure enough, Harley confirmed it via Instagram Stories. “Just in case you guys didn’t know, I’m in f-ing labor,” the new mom said in a video filmed from her hospital bed Monday. “Ron lands at 7, so we have five [hours],” she added in another clip. “I’m feeling really uncomfortable about pushing a baby out of my vagina right now.” Harley is already mom to 11-year-old Mason.
SELMA BLAIR CONNECTS WITH FIRST LOVE ON HOLLYWOOD MEDIUM: In a preview clip for today’s (Wednesday) all-new Hollywood Medium With Tyler Henry, the host channels Selma Blair‘s first love, who died unexpectedly in his dorm room. “He died in his dorm room at college,” Blair tells Henry in a clip released Tuesday. “He had epilepsy his whole life and was definitely careful about it, but then he died suddenly the day before his birthday. And I still don’t know how he died, but he was my love.” Blair, 45, adds, “He was the cutest boy in school and I was devastated, just devastated as a young girl. He was the first young person I knew. It just was surreal. When grandparents go, you expect it. He was just out of time.” Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
VERNE TROYER HOSPITALIZED FOR ALCOHOL POISONING: A year after heading to rehab for alcohol addiction, actor Verne Troyer has reportedly been hospitalized for what looks like alcohol poisoning. TMZ reports that police responded to a call describing him as “extremely upset, drunk and suicidal.” He is being held for 72 hours for evaluation. The actor rose to fame for playing Mini-Me in Austin Powers movies.
PRINCE PHILIP ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL: Buckingham Palace has announced that Prince Philip, 96, has been admitted to the hospital for hip surgery. “His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in London this afternoon, for planned surgery on his hip which will take place tomorrow,” the statement says. The royal recently bowed out of scheduled appearances, including Prince Andrew‘s appointment as the new Colonel of the Granadier Guards on March 22. It is unknown if his hip problem was the cause of his absence.
