KATHARINE MCPHEE COVERS FRANK SINATRA’S ‘NIGHT AND DAY’: Katharine McPhee has dropped a music video for her incredible cover of Frank Sinatra’s iconic tune “Night and Day.” The 34-year-old actress and American Idol alum recorded the song composed by Cole Porter fom her fifth full-length studio album, I Fall In Love Too Easily. Last month, the 34-year-old Scorpion actress announced her Broadway debut in the hit musical Waitress, stepping into the lead role of pregnant pie-maker Jenna Hunterson, for a limited run at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre beginning April 10th.

CAPITAL CITIES DROP ‘MY NAME IS MARS’: Capital Cities are back with a brand new single called “My Name Is Mars.” The track was released on Friday. The track also features an appearance from LA-based rapper Sacha. Capital Cities will be hitting the road and appearing at festivals over the summer, including SandJam in Panama City Beach, Florida, in April.

NEW DOCUMENTARY SERIES ON THE CHAINSMOKERS NOW AVAILABLE ON APPLE MUSIC: The Chainsmokers: Memories is a new short documentary series that’s now available on Apple Music. There are six videos in total available to watch right now, each ranging in length from just over two minutes to five and a half minutes. The videos in the series follow The Chainsmokers’ Do Not Open worldwide arena tour and the rollout of singles like “Sick Boy,” “You Owe Me,” and “Everybody Hates Me,” which are part of a new album coming in December of 2018. While the first six episodes are available now and focus on the tour, Billboard says additional episodes could cover The Chainsmokers’ Las Vegas residency at the XS Nightclub along with time spent in the studio.

DAUGHTRY IS BACK WITH ‘BACKBONE’: Daughtry has released “Backbone,” their first new original song since 2016. It’s a taste of the band’s upcoming fifth album, due later this year; an official first single will be out soon. Of the tune, Chris Daughtry says, “This is just a little something to get everyone ready for the record. It’s been so long since we gave you new music that it only felt right to drop something fresh. We’ve put a lot into this music, and we can’t wait to share what’s to come.” The band has been performing “Backbone” on their current headlining tour, which wraps up April 20th in Miami, Oklahoma.

KYLIE MINOGUE RELEASES ‘STOP ME FROM FALLING’ VIDEO & NEW SONG ‘RAINING GLITTER’: Kylie Minogue released the music video for her latest single “Stop Me From Falling,” as well as “Raining Glitter” – a new track from her upcoming album Golden – on Friday. The music video was directed by French filmmaker Colin Solal Cardo and was filmed at Cafe de la Danse in Paris, France during Kylie’s sold-out performance run throughout Europe.

NE-YO DROPS ‘PUSH BACK’ FEAT. BEBE REXHA & STEFFLON DON: Ne-Yo’s returned with a new track called “Push Back” featuring Bebe Rexha and Stefflon Don. The 38-year-old debuted the track, which was produced by Stargate, on Friday. “I love a woman who knows how to move. I love a woman that has her own self, her own heart and mind. She’s comfortable with her body. And when her song comes on, she’s gonna get up and move. She’s gonna show you just how confident and comfortable she is. ‘Push Back’ is about these women,” says Ne-Yo. The song will be released on Ne-Yo’s upcoming album Good Man, out on June 8th.

ZEDD’S $16 MILLION MANSION HAS A SKITTLES MACHINE AND A COSTCO ROOM: In a new feature in Architectural Digest, Zedd takes fans inside his fully tricked out $16 million Beverly Hills mansion. He’s slowly arranging the sprawling modern estate so that he never has to leave. Some fun features include a full-size Skittles vending machine and a so-called COSTCO room, stocked full of supplies as well as a swimming pool set permanently to 97 degrees. “This room is one of my favorite rooms in the house – I call it the COSTCO room,” Zedd says. “The goal for me was to stack everything up with anything I could ever use so eventually I don’t have to leave the house.” He says he also plans to build a music studio and add a bowling alley to the property.
