LINDSAY LOHAN’S CASE AGAINST TAKE-TWO INTERACTIVE SHOT DOWN: New York state’s highest court dismissed Lindsay Lohan‘s case against Take-Two Interactive, saying the Grand Theft Auto 5 character Lacey Jonas that she points to does not resemble her enough to be objectionable. The courts noted that Jonas was an “indistinct, satirical representations of the style, look, and persona of a modern, beach-going young woman that are not reasonably identifiable as plaintiff.”

ALYSON STONER SHARES STORY OF FALLING IN LOVE WITH A WOMAN: Disney alum Alyson Stoner shared her moving story of falling for a woman and the relationship that “changed everything” she knew about herself as a “woman, human being and performer.” In Teen Vogue, she described encountering her in a dance class where she was instructor. “She walked toward me to correct my form. My heart raced wildly and my body grew hot,” Stoner wrote. “Was I breathing heavily from being out of shape? Her smile was the most electrifying thing I’d ever seen.” Stoner took to Instagram on Friday to announce her new single “When It’s Right” inspired by the dancer she fell for, saying: “Happy Release Day! My song ‘When It’s Right’ is finally out, and I’m a little emotional because my article with Teen Vogue is out,” she paused, while fighting back tears. “And…I’m out.”

PRINCE HARRY & MEGHAN MARKLE PICK FLORIST FOR WEDDING: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will work with floral designer Philippa Craddock for their May 19th wedding. Craddock’s list of clients includes Kensington Palace, British Vogue and Alexander McQueen, and she specializes in utilizing seasonal flowers. She plans to create displays using foliage from the gardens and parklands of The Crown Estate and Windsor Great Park.

CAMERON DIAZ CONFIRMS SHE HAS RETIRED: Cameron Diaz recently held a reunion with her 2002 The Sweetest Thing costars Selma Blair and Christina Applegate, which Entertainment Weekly documented. Discussing getting together again, Applegate referred to herself as “semi-retired,” while Diaz admitted, “I’m semi-retired, too, and I am actually retired, so I would love to see you ladies.” This is the second time news of Diaz’s retirement has been floated in recent weeks. In March, Blair told Metro News UK that Diaz was retired, but then walked the comment back on Twitter.
