JEFF GOLDBLUM SAYS LAURA DERN MAY BE IN JURASSIC WORLD FILM: Jeff Goldblum dropped some juicy hints about Laura Dern‘s potential appearance in the Jurassic World universe. He told Watch What Happens Live of Dern: “I can’t divulge anything, but maybe maybe maybe she will.” He added that after the forthcoming sequel in which he appears, there’ll be a third film “which, you know, some people may or may not be in, that’s all I can say.”

ROSEANNE BARR HOPES REBOOT SPANS SEVERAL SEASONS: Roseanne Barr is ready to continue her reboot of Roseanne into the future. “We all want to definitely [do more seasons]. We had such a blast. And it was just so fun to be together again,” the 65-year-old Barr – who starred on Roseanne for nine seasons from 1988 to 1997 – said during a Monday night Paley Center panel in New York City, per Deadline. “We remember all the old jokes and all the old things that we used to do and they were so funny and still fun.” John Goodman concurred, adding the caveat: “If I live that long!”

STEVEN SPIELBERG APPLAUDS YOUTH AT MARCH FOR OUR LIVES: Speaking to the Associated Press, Steven Spielberg said that he is in awe of the young people who are rallying for gun control. “We were so proud of every speaker,” he said. “And Emma Gonzalez‘s six and-a-half minutes of silence was profound. Everybody was crying.” He added that he believes their actions may lead to change, pointing out: “College students helped stopped the Vietnam War, maybe high school students can do something about gun control.” Spielberg’s next film, Ready Player One, opens Thursday.

AMBER RUFFIN TO HOST 22nd ANNUAL WEBBY AWARDS: Late Night With Seth Meyers scribe and comedian Amber Ruffin is set to host the 22nd Annual Webby Awards. The awards will take place at Cipriani Wall Street in New York on May 14th. In addition to M.C.ing the ceremony, she will make sure the winners adhere to the Webby Awards’ 5-word acceptance speech rule. “I’m so excited to host this year’s show!” said Ruffin about her new post. “It’ll be surprising, hilarious, and a little embarrassing, just like the internet!”

STEPHANE AUDRAN DIES: French actress and BAFTA winner Stephane Audran has died at age 85. She is beloved for her long collaboration with former husband Claude Chabrol. She also starred in Bunuel‘s 1972 The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie, which won the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar. Her son Thomas Chabrol told AFP, “My mother was ill for some time. She was hospitalized 10 days ago and then returned home. She died peacefully this morning at about 2AM.”
