When Lindsay Lohan weighed in on a pic blogger Perez Hilton posted, Kardashian West hit her back hard, where it hurts (yep, the accent). “I am confused,” Lohan wrote to which Kardashian West clapped back, “You know what’s confusing….. Your sudden foreign accent.” Well! (People)

PAUL HAGGIS ACCUSER ASKS COURT TO NIX EXTORTION CASE: On Monday, lawyers for Haleigh Breest, the publicist who accused Paul Haggis of raping her in 2013, filed a motion to dismiss his suit against her alleging extortion, Page Six reports. “This case is a rapist’s attempt to silence and intimidate his victim,” her lawyers said in court papers. THE RHYTHM SECTION SHUTS DOWN PRODUCTION DUE TO BLAKE LIVELY INJURY: The spy thriller The Rhythm Section is ceasing production while Blake Lively recuperates from a hand injury, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She suffered the injury performing a stunt in December and while she had initial hand surgery, it did not go as planned and she must undergo a second surgery. The Handmaid’s Tale director Reed Morano is leading the feature. Jude Law also stars. It is unclear if the film’s planned release date of February 22, 2019 will stand. (The Hollywood Reporter)

NICOLE EGGERT DETAILS ACCUSATIONS AGAINST SCOTT BAIO IN NEW FOOTAGE: TMZ has gotten ahold of the unaired Dr. Oz episode showing Nicole Eggert discussing Scott Baio‘s alleged sexual misconduct. She claims that when she was 14, Baio got physical with her, and then talked her into have sex with him when she was 17. The show was taped on January 10th, but never aired. Eggert and her lawyer Lisa Bloom are set to appear on Megyn Kelly‘s show later today (Tuesday) to tell her story. Baio has admitted they had sex, but says it didn’t happen until she was 18. (TMZ)

THE FOUR JUDGE CHARLIE WALK ACCUSED OF HARASSMENT: The president of Republic Records Group and judge on Fox‘s musical competition show The Four has been accused of sexual misconduct. A former employee named Tristan Coopersmith accused Charlie Walk in an open letter. She posted the letter to the website of the wellness studio she founded called Life Lab. It reads, in part: “For a year I shuddered at the idea of being called into your office, where you would stealthily close the door and make lewd comments about my body and share your fantasies of having sex with me.” She added that when she reported him, his counterpart at the label offered to “help me coordinate a graceful exit if I wanted. I was paid to keep my mouth shut and my reputation intact. I’m ashamed of that piece but it’s a truthful part of my story.” (Vulture)
