BETHENNY FRANKEL SUING EX-HUSBAND FOR CUSTODY OF DAUGHTER: Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is suing her ex-husband Jason Hoppy for custody of their 7-year-old daughter after he was charged with stalking and harassing her. The Skinnygirl guru reopened her 2013 divorce case on December 6^th, Page Six reports. They are set to appear in court in January. In 2014, they settled their custody battle by agreeing to co-parent their daughter Bryn. (Page Six)

JIMMY KIMMEL BRINGS SON ONSTAGE IN HEALTH CARE PLEA: Late Show host Jimmy Kimmel teared up on Monday as he held his son Billy and begged Congress not to cut the health insurance program that covers kids. Kimmel said, “I was out last week – because this guy had heart surgery. But look he’s fine, everybody….He may have pooped but he’s fine,” adding that “Daddy cries on TV but Billy doesn’t… it’s unbelievable.” Kimmel went on to urge viewers to call the Senate and the House to save the Children’s Health Insurance Program, aka CHIP, after its funding expired in September. Baby Billy was born with a congenital heart disease and Kimmel has shared his 7-month-old’s health crises with viewers and politicians in a bid to not roll back Obamacare. (New York Daily News)

KEVIN HART AND ENIKO PARRISH MAKE FIRST POST-BABY RED CARPET APPEARANCE: Kevin Hart and wife Eniko Parrish hit the town for the first time three weeks after welcoming their baby boy Kenzo Kash. The pair attended the L.A. premiere of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Hart, 38, donned a white-stripe patterned black suit and Parrish, 33, wore a strapless La Perla ensemble, paired with a diamond choker and a Chanel clutch. They both looked rested and content after welcoming their baby on November 12^th. (People)

KRIS JENNER NABS PAD ACROSS THE STREET FROM KIM & KANYE: Kozy! Kris Jenner is moving across the street from daughter Kim Kardashian West and her husband, rapper Kanye West. The 62-year-old momager scored the Hidden Hills pad for $9.925 million, People reports. It’s predictably chic, with a home theater, 6 bedrooms, 8 baths and a gym. Having Jenner nearby will likely be a boon in the coming months, as Kim and Kanye are expecting their third child via surrogate. Would you want your mother-in-law living across the street from you? KODAK BLACK ORDERED TO PAY $4.2K A MONTH IN CHILD SUPPORT: Kodak Black has been ordered to shell out $4,200 per month to the mom of his 2-year-old son, The Blast reports. The mother, Jammiah Broomfield, and Black have been duking it out in court over Kodak’s real income. A judge is ordering that he make those payments until the child turns 18 in 2033. He will also have to cover the child’s health insurance. (The Blast)
