Man shot to death in notorious 100 Mile House home

100 MILE HOUSE — The North District RCMP Major Crime Unit has taken over an investigation into a homicide in 100 Mile House.

Spokesperson Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says police were called to a Cedar Street home Sunday morning (Mar. 10), after a 9-1-1 report that a man had been shot.

When officers and Emergency Health Services responded, they found a man dead.

Saunderson described the home in question as “well known to police”, and investigators do not believe the public is at risk.
