KAMLOOPS — BC’s Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture will host an open house in Kamloops Saturday (Jan. 19), exploring the idea of opening a Chinese Canadian museum in BC.

Via her website, Lisa Beare says the meeting “will be an opportunity for participants to share their thoughts for how best to recognize key moments in our shared history.”

The meeting is scheduled for 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the Mountain Room in Thompson Rivers University’s Campus Activity Centre.

Participants must fill out a registration form in advance.
