Thompson Blazers split weekend in B.C. Major Midget League

KAMLOOPS — The Thompson Blazers had a weekend road split against the Vancouver Northwest Hawks in the B.C. Major Midget Hockey League.

Logan Stankoven scored three times and had an assist in a 7-3 win on Saturday, followed by a 6-3 loss Sunday.

Stankoven leads the league in scoring with 28 goals and 54 points in 22 games for the 13-and-9 Thompson Blazers.
