KAMLOOPS — It’s the time of year to give back to the community, and there are opportunities all weekend for Kamloops residents to do so.

On Saturday (Dec. 8), both RCMP and BC Transit will be hosting drives for donations.

The Kamloops detachment is hosting its annual “Stuff the Cruiser” event in support of Christmas Amalgamated. The public is asked to bring donations of food, toys and cash to Toys R Us and Walmart from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. tomorrow.

Stuff the Bus will be held at the Columbia Square Save-On-Foods beginning tomorrow. The City of Kamloops and BC Transit are asking residents to bring a non-perishable food or monetary donation to benefit the Kamloops Food Bank.
