Crime Stoppers searching for man spending counterfeit money in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS β€” The public is being asked to keep an eye out for a man allegedly making purchases with counterfeit cash.

In a Facebook post, Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers says a man entered Northills Mall on Nov. 22 with money to spend β€” but it was counterfeit.

The suspect entered a store and used a $100 counterfeit bill to purchase products.

He’s described as a white man with a thin moustache, wearing two silver chains, a black peacoat, a black shirt with a design, a black hat with Marilyn Monroe on it, and sunglasses.
