KAMLOOPS — Two big wins today for the Lori Olsen rink from Kamloops at the Travellers Club Curling National Championship in New Brunswick.

In the morning draw the B.C. rink put it away with three in the fifth end and a steal of five in the sixth, and that’s when they shook hands in an 11-2 win over Quebec.

The Olsen rink scored three with the hammer in the first end and then stole eight over the next three ends in a 12-3 waltz past Nunavut in the afternoon draw.

That puts the Olsen rink from the McArthur Island Curling Club at three wins and two losses.
