KAMLOOPS — The Regina Pats used a pair second-period goals, including one from Nick Henry with 16 seconds left in the middle frame, to take down the Blazers 3-2 on Tuesday night.

It started off promising for the home side, with Zane Franklin notching his 15th goal of the season 3:26 into the game to give Kamloops a 1-0.

But that was about as bright as the evening got for Blazers fans, who watched the visiting Pats score three unanswered goals to win while witnessing their team’s lose a seventh game in Kamloops. The Blazers are 2-6-1 on home ice this season.

The Blazers now go on the road where they’re 6-4-1, playing against the Tri-City Americans on Friday night before travelling to Spokane for a tilt with the Chiefs on Saturday.
