PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — A 2014 Olympic gold medalist and two-time world curling champion will be speaking at the UNBC Timberwolves fifth annual Legacy Breakfast in March 2019.

Jennifer Jones will be joined by an impressive list of keynote speakers as she plans to share her approach to leadership, teamwork, determination and performing under pressure.

“We could not be happier to welcome Jennifer to the Charles Jago Northern Sports Centre and have her be a part of our annual Legacy Breakfast fundraiser,” said Loralyn Murdoch, UNBC’s Director of Athletics and Recreation. “Jones has accomplished so much in her sport and life including a major comeback post ACL injury, to being wife, parent and winning an Olympic medal. I am very excited to hear her story and hope that she inspires all who attend.”

The Timberwolves Legacy Breakfast has raised over $250,000 since its inaugural event in 2015, which welcomed five-time Olympic medalist Hayley Wickenheiser.
