Crown of Curling ends with champions crowned

KAMLOOP — Sarah Wark from Chilliwack and Sean Geall from Kelowna won the finals at the Kamloops Crown of Curling.

Wark defeated Vernon’s Kim Slattery 5-1 to claim first place prize money of $4000.

The Geall rink takes home $5000 for an 8-5 win over Josh Barry of Vancouver.

Two Kamloops rinks skipped by Corryn Brown and Grant Olsen lost out in the first round of playoffs.
