Christopher Seguin’s family encourages community to support Rotary Food Drive

KAMLOOPS — Christopher Seguin’s sister Jennifer is urging the community of Kamloops to help keep her brother’s legacy alive by giving to one of his favourite charities today, the Rotary Food Drive.

The 21st annual event represents a partnership between Rotary and the Kamloops Food Bank and helps feed people in need. 

“As his family, we just want to keep Christopher’s legacy and passion for the Kamloops Food Bank and community alive by encouraging people to give,” says Jennifer. “Even it it’s just a tiny, small amount. We really want to encourage people to give what they can because we know, it all adds up.”

Christopher died exactly one year ago today, which of course weighs heavily on her mind.

“We’re sad and we miss him but we’re very happy to see this event continuing on and we’re really grateful that there are incredibly generous people in the community of Kamloops.”
