Missing Winnipeg man may be in North Okanagan

VERNON, B.C. — Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are asking for assistance in locating a missing Winnipeg man who may be in the North Okanagan area.

Ryan Duncan was last seen on July 17th, 2018.

Police concerned for Ryan’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.

He is 44, Caucasian, six foot one, 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
