Shirtless suspect may be connected to bike theft epidemic: Kamloops Crime Stoppers
KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops chapter of Crime Stoppers is hoping a surveillance photo can jog the public’s memory as police investigate bicycle thefts in the city.
The organization says on July 19 between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m., the man in the photo stole a Giant Reign mountain bike that had been attached to a bike rack on a vehicle parked at Aberdeen Mall.
