Hot July Night takes over Centennial Park in 100 Mile on Sunday

100 Mile House — The Hot July Night’s Car Show is an annual favourite in 100 Mile House, but the popular event was cancelled last summer because of the evacuations as a result of the wildfires in the area.

The 2018 Hot July Night’s took place Sunday in 100 Mile House and according to organizers, this year’s event was the biggest and best they’ve ever held. CFJC Today was in the Cariboo community on Sunday an captured some of the sights and sounds of the event.

“It’s the biggest turnout we’ve ever experienced in 100 Mile House,” Cruzzers Car Club Vice-President Tom Lund explained. “We’re so proud of it. There’s probably at least 250 vehicles here… everyone is here enjoying it on this beautiful summer day.”
