Williams Lake Stampede returns

WILLIAMS LAKE — It’s the biggest event of the year in Williams Lake and it returns this weekend.

The 92nd annual Williams Lake Stampede runs today through Monday with at least 15,000 people expected to pass through the gates.

President Tim Rolph says it will feature cowboys and cowboys from across North America.

He claims the rodeo is probably the largest in central B.C. and will feature everything from bareback riding to the saddle bronc.
