Roxburgh wins Overlander Seniors Golf

KAMLOOPS — B.C. and Canadian Golf legend Doug Roxburgh has won the Overlander Seniors Golf Tournament at Rivershore.

The 13 time B.C. and four time Canadian Amateur champion was Mr. Consistency in 36 degree heat.

Roxburgh, a Canadian Golf Hall of Fame’er, shot back-to-back rounds of 69 to finish at 6-under par 138.

Steve Savage, tied with Roxburgh after the first round, finished four shots back.
