Chase RCMP seek break and enter suspects

CHASE — Mounties in Chase are seeking the public’s help in locating suspects involved in a break-and-enter.

Cpl. Scott Linklater says it occurred just before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday at a residence on Pine Street.

“Neighbours in the area reported seeing people in the yard with flashlights and hearing breaking glass,” he says. “Police arrived on scene at 12:57 a.m. but the suspects had fled.”

Linklater says an investigation revealed the suspects had smashed a window at the rear of the home.
