SALMON ARM, B.C. — Mounties are seeking a suspect in a bizarre case out of Salmon Arm.

Salmon Arm RCMP Staff Sgt. Scott West says on April 3 at approximately 1:20 p.m., police and fire crews attended an office building on 16th Street NE.

“A male in a grey hoodie entered the office waiting and service area and poured gas on the counter and in the waiting area. According to the employees the male did not say anything and fled from the area.”

He says the suspect appeared to be in his 20s and was wearing a grey hoodie and “had the hood up while in the building.”
