Kamloops drops four spots on B.C.’s ‘rattiest’ city list

KAMLOOPS — It appears Kamloops was a little less “ratty” in 2017.

Pest control company Orkin has released its Top 20 “rattiest” cities in B.C. and Kamloops dropped from 16th to 20th spot on the list.

Vancouver topped the second annual list, followed by Victoria and Burnaby. Kelowna placed 6th while Vernon came in at number 18.

To help lessen your encounters with the pesky rodents, Orkin suggests eliminating moisture sources, trimming any trees on your property and sealing any cracks or holes in your foundation.
