Kamloops to host Canada-Russia Series game in November

KAMLOOPS — The Sandman Centre will play host to another battle between the Western Hockey League’s best and Team Russia. 

Kamloops will be the site for the first game in the Canada-Russia series on November 5 before the teams travel to the Coast for a battle in Vancouver. 

The city has hosted the series three times since 2006, including the most recent in 2015, a 4-2 win for the Western Hockey League team that included former Blazers forward Collin Shirley.
