Blazers win final game of season in a shootout

PRINCE GEORGE — It was an exciting finish to the season for the Kamloops Blazers in Prince George. 

The Blazers defeated the Cougars 6-5 in a shootout. 

Connor Zary led his team with two goals in the second period, adding another in the shootout. 

Max Palaga had 29 saves for his 5th win of the season. 

The Blazers close out the season with a 30-37-1-4 record.
