BC residents can offer condolences to Barrett family on line

KAMLOOPS — A state memorial service for former premier of British Columbia Dave Barrett, OC, OBC, will be held in Victoria on Saturday, March 3, 2018.

The service is open to the public and media.

An online book of condolences has been set up at: http://ow.ly/37bd30ixe0H

In addition to the online book, a book of condolences will be available at the Farquhar Auditorium outside the main entrance. All messages will be presented to the Barrett family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be directed to the Alzheimer’s Society of B.C., the Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion or a charity of choice.
