KAMLOOPS — A local development company has announced a new project for the Kamloops North Shore meant to revitalize the area around Spirit Square.

The two-building development is being led by Arpa Investments, and will include 33 market residential units, 43 affordable rental units for seniors operated by ASK Wellness, as well as spaces for a restaurant, offices and commercial business.

In a news release, Arpa partner Joshua Knaak says the company worked in conjunction with the City of Kamloops, Friends of McDonald Park Association, North Shore Central, the North Shore Business Improvement Association and local business owners.
