KAMLOOPS — The search for a man accused of smearing feces on a car at Royal Inland Hospital is over.

Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says the man turned himself in today and has been released with a future court date. Police are recommending charges of mischief.

She says for privacy reasons police are not allowed to disclose the reason for his actions.

As CFJC Today reported Wednesday, the offence occurred January 2 just before 8:30 a.m. when a woman returned to her car inside the parkade to find human feces smeared on her vehicle windshield and driver’s side door window.
