TRU announces new athletic director

KAMLOOPS — The TRU Wolfpack have named Curtis Atkinson as their new athletic director.
He replaces Ken Olynyk, who retired last month after holding the job since 2003.
The 40-year-old Atkinson was the interim athletic director at the University of Regina for a year and a half before his family relocated to Kamloops.
Atkinson’s wife is a professor at TRU.
