RCMP find vehicle, still searching for man who robbed gas station

UPDATE: RCMP have located the suspects vehicle.

Sergeant Denis Duford didn't say where it was found but that police continue to search for the man who robbed the Dallas Petro Canada Friday night.

KAMLOOPS — RCMP are looking for a man who robbed a gas station in Dallas last night.

Sergeant Denis Duford says the incident happened at the Petro Canada on Kokanee Way just before midnight.

A man armed with a knife demanded money from the cashier.

He stole an undisclosed amount of money and fled in an older Ford Pickup truck drive by an accomplice.

The vehicle is described as a mid 90s white pickup that has damage to the body with rusted fender wells.

The man is described as white, 5"7, blue eyes, dirty blond hair with a beard.

He was wearing a dark hoody with a large Blue Jays logo on the front.

Anyone with information is asked to call RCMP.

Man arrested after handgun and drugs found in vehicle
