VANCOUVER —     The mother of three children who were killed by their father says she’s disappointed with a ruling from the B-C Review Board over escorted outings for Allan Schoenborn.

Darcie Clark says in a statement that she lives in constant worry for her safety.

The Review Board’s ruling says a psychiatric hospital can decide if Schoenborn should be granted outings into the community.

Schoenborn was found not criminally responsible for the deaths of his children at the family’s home in Merritt in 2008.
