KAMLOOPS — Update: A happy ending to a story involving a cut-and-dash at a Kamloops barber shop.

The manager of the shop called CFJC Today this morning to say the suspect came back three days later and paid his bill.

Earlier: Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers is seeking a lone man following an alleged cut-and-dash at a local barber shop.

The recent event occurred when the man walked into a barber shop in the Summit Shopping Centre and asked for a haircut and for the tips of his hair to be frosted.

Crime Stoppers says the client "was quite cordial" to the stylist and proceeded with the service only to "bolt from the store" once the job was complete.

If you know who this person is you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
