KAMLOOPS — Our lungs fuel us with oxygen to go about our everyday lives yet many people have limited knowledge on how to keep them healthy.

The BC Lung Association is hosting the ‘Public Lung Health Fair’ at the North Shore Seniors Centre Sunday where people of all ages can receive information from lung health professionals on a variety of topics ranging from managing lung conditions and quitting smoking to information on air quality, health issues and more.

Free lung health screening and flu shots will also be provided.

In a press release, Emma Cabana, Social Media & Community Engagement Consultant, says the health fair is a chance for community members to receive pivotal lung health advice.
