Kamloops real estate market maintains hot streak

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops real estate sector made strong gains last month.

According to statistics released by the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association, 296 residential properties changed hands last month, a 15 per cent increase over the same month last year.

The median sale price last month was $445,000, unchanged from September.

The most popular spots to buy and sell were Aberdeen and Westsyde, with Brocklehurst not far behind.
