KAMLOOPS — The three companies shortlisted as potential builders of the new Patient Care Tower Project at Royal Inland Hospital now have their homework.

EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare, Inter River Healthcare Partners and Plenary PCL Health all passed the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process this summer and were shortlisted earlier this month.

The three have now been given a Request for Proposals (RFP) by Interior Health.

IH says it expects to award the contract for the project next fall, with construction anticipated to wrap up by 2022.
