Kamloops RCMP investigate suspicious fire

KAMLOOPS — If you know anything about a fire this morning on the North Shore the Kamloops RCMP would like to hear from you.

Cpl. Cheryl Bush says at approximatley 7 a.m., Mounties were asked to assist Kamloops Fire Rescue at a suspicious fire in the old Pool Mart building next to Minos Restaurant in the 200 block of Tranquille Road.

She says the cause of the fire is under investigation. Anyone who may have observed suspicious activity in that area before 7 a.m. is asked to call police at 250-828-3000.
