Kamloops man wins $1 million playing Lotto 6/49

KAMLOOPS — David Pitts of Kamloops has one million reasons to be happy.

This after he won the $1 million Guaranteed Prize on the Oct. 7 Lotto 6/49 draw.

He purchased the winning ticket at the Dallas Park Store in Kamloops.

“I was at the store checking my ticket,” recalled Pitts. “When the screen flashed $1 million, people in the store started to hug me and one woman even asked to kiss me!.”

So, what does Pitts plan to do with his winnings?
