Vancouver, B.C. — The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack’s second match at the Best of the West women’s volleyball tournament was shorter than they had hoped.

The WolfPack moved from the Langley Events Centre where they fell to Alberta on Thursday to War Memorial Arena at UBC on Friday.

The WolfPack fell in straight sets to the University of Calgary Dinos. The scores were 25-20, 25-19, 28-26.

“We came out flat and looked tired,” stated TRU head coach Chad Grimm.  “ That’s no excuse though. We struggled with the ability to sustain focus.  Calgary played some scrappy defense.”
